Not every enquiry progresses. Solara reserves the right to pause, reject or restructure an opportunity when identity, authority, product, financial capacity, documentation or execution readiness cannot be satisfactorily established.

We test whether product, specification, volume, destination, Incoterm, timing and commercial expectations can be aligned.
Verify
Authority, documentation, product position, inspection pathway and relevant operating parties are subjected to appropriate verification.
Structure
The transaction pathway, documents, milestones, responsibilities, communications and settlement controls are defined.
Execute
Approved parties progress through contracting, inspection, logistics, settlement and delivery in accordance with the agreed structure.
Close
Performance records, final documents and required distributions are reconciled and retained through controlled channels.
