5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for independently verifying information material to your decisions, conducting appropriate corporate and commercial due diligence, assessing legal and regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions, and obtaining independent legal, tax, financial, technical and operational advice.
You must provide accurate information, act only with proper authority and promptly correct any information that becomes inaccurate or misleading.
6. Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful business-information and enquiry purposes. You must not:
- impersonate Solara, its officers or another counterparty;
- misrepresent authority, ownership, product position or purchasing capacity;
- copy, alter or circulate website content in a manner that suggests a mandate, offer, endorsement or affiliation;

7. Payment and impersonation warning
Solara does not publish banking or settlement instructions on this website. Do not rely on any change of bank, beneficiary, wallet, paymaster, escrow agent or settlement route solely because it appears in an email, message, replacement invoice or messaging application. Material instructions and proposed changes must be independently authenticated through channels established before the change request.
See the Compliance and Payment Security page before acting on any payment instruction associated with Solara.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Solara name, logo, identity, original text, visual presentation and website materials are owned by or licensed to Solara Commodities Ltd. 11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solara excludes liability for loss arising solely from access to, inability to use, or reliance upon this website or unauthenticated communications purporting to relate to Solara. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Severability and waiver
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
